Join the conversation! and help plan for a more vibrant Downtown Middletown

The State of New York is investing $10 million in each of ten communities (identified by the Regional Economic Development Councils) to help them transform into more vibrant communities. Downtown Middletown was selected as the Mid-Hudson Region’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) community. Middletown is in the midst of a renaissance, with city government, many non-profits, educational institutions and the business community all working together toward making Middletown into a more robust downtown that serves all residents of the City and the surrounding region. Much has already been accomplished; with an infusion of state technical and financial assistance under the DRI, Downtown Middletown could see this progress continue and expand in new ways.

You are invited to join the conversation about the opportunities for Downtown Middletown!
